Vibrant Production Management works with artists of various disciplines to create original, vivid theatrical experiences.

We offer comprehensive production services from concept to completion. Beginning with a shared vision, artists come together to give energy and movement to your event or project. We handle the logistics, allowing the production to be presented as seamless entertainment. Providing hands on production management from brainstorming to show calling, we work in collaboration to bring ideas to life.

Sara Adelman (Producer) is a freelance arts management consultant and General Manager of Cornerstone Theater Company. Sara previously served as Director of Operations for LA Stage Alliance, and collaborated for six years with Shakespeare Festival/LA, where she was the Managing Director with direct oversight of SF/LA’s operations, productions, development and facilities. Her experience includes work with EdgeFest, LA Theatre Works, Geffen Playhouse, Actor's Gang, Manhattan Theatre Club and the Williamstown Theatre Festival. She holds an MFA in Production Management & Technology from UCLA and a BA in Theatre Studies from the University of Connecticut.

Michelle Magaldi (Producer) In addition to working as the Production Manager for Shakespeare Festival/LA’s summer season and benefit performances, Michelle stage manages productions for leading performing arts companies on the West Coast. She has served as Production Stage Manager for the Geffen Playhouse’s productions of Speed-the-Plow, Rabbit Hole, All My Sons, Nine Parts of Desire and My Buddy Bill, and as Assistant Stage Manager for five additional productions. At the LA Opera, Michelle has had a hand in seven productions in the last two years and is currently focused on the first installment of Wagner’s Ring Cycle, Das Rheingold, directed by Achim Freyer. Michelle’s other theatrical credits include work with Valley Musical Theatre, the Latino Theater Company, Center Theater Group, USC School of Music, and San Francisco Opera Center. In the world of special events, she has worked with a variety of organizations including FOX Studios, STAGE, AIDS Project LA, The Actor’s Fund, The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation, the Geffen Playhouse and Shakespeare Festival/LA. She is a member of Actors’ Equity and the American Guild of Musical Artists and an alumna of UCLA’s School of Theater Film and Television.
